Order Processing

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful placement of an order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary — I will endeavour to turn around orders as quickly as possible but it’s a one man show here and I don’t live on email 24/7.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet commenced. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

We only deliver within Australia.

Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks after order processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or other external factors.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and a replacement will be arranged.

Returns and Refunds Policy

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This does not apply to change-of-mind returns for made-to-order items.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product with photos detailing the damage so that a replacement can be arranged.

If a refund is offered, it will be processed through the original payment method and will be subject to their processing times.
